Searching Marion County Divorce Records Online

Missouri Case.net covers both Marion County courthouse locations in one search. This is the state's free online court records system with over 45 million records. You can search by name, case number, or filing date. The Family Court Division of the 10th Judicial Circuit handles divorce cases, and those show up in Case.net results with the case type, status, docket entries, and party information.

Case.net does not distinguish between the Palmyra and Hannibal divisions in the search results. You see all Marion County cases together. This makes online searches simpler than trying to figure out which physical office has the file. However, sealed records, juvenile cases, and expunged cases are not in the system. Records from before the early 1980s may also be missing.

For older records or anything that does not appear online, call the Palmyra office at (573) 769-2550. They can check both divisions and let you know where the file is stored.
